This project is mainly used for the storage of stretch-bending dies used for stretch-bending forming of aviation sheet metal extruded profile parts, and realizes the manual, semi-automatic and automated storage and retrieval functions of stretch-bending dies. On May 22, the intelligent disassembly and assembly robot system for blowout preventers customized by Aerospace Intelligence (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. for a drilling branch of PetroChina successfully passed the pre-acceptance. The Mecanum wheeled vehicle developed by Aerospace Intelligence successfully passed the pre-acceptance

On May 24th, Aerospace Intelligence (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. developed two Mecanum wheeled vehicles for a research institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and successfully passed the pre-acceptance. Features of this project: small car body size requirements, high carrying capacity, a single unit can bear 10 tons, equipped with hydraulic lifting function and mechanical dual-car linkage function. The company’s Mecanum wheeled vehicle project used hydraulic suspension drive for the first time, successfully overcoming the unevenness of the ground during operation; it satisfies the project’s heavy-duty requirements through the eight-wheel form of a bicycle; it uses a fixed card seat and socket connection method to solve mechanical double-vehicle linkage . In the pre-acceptance stage, the two vehicles each have a load of 10 tons to verify that the project meets the requirements of the contract and technical agreement.
