On January 2, 2020, the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economics and Information Technology Development Research Center organized experts for the 2017 Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Innovation and Development Special Fund Project "Line Structured Light Multi-purpose 3D" undertaken by Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing (Shanghai) Technology Co., Ltd. On-site acceptance of the sensor R&D project". The acceptance experts listened to our report, watched the on-site system demonstration, reviewed the acceptance documents, and asked relevant questions in accordance with the evaluation index requirements of the project agreement. After discussion, the expert group believes that the project has completed various assessment indicators, and the project has passed the acceptance smoothly.
The project started from the general core principle prototype of the line structured light multi-purpose three-dimensional sensor, and derived the principle prototypes of welding automation, port machinery automation and automotive industry sensors, and then each principle prototype developed its own The prototype of the project finally formed three large series of products. Aims to develop a smart, high-precision, high-speed, line-structured light intelligent three-dimensional sensor system with independent intellectual property rights suitable for multiple control platforms, and to replace a variety of imported similar products. It is used in aerospace, ship ports, wind power, solar energy, and automobiles. The electronics and other industries replace traditional vision sensors, making intelligent vision three-dimensional sensors go deep into industrial production and various links. In terms of intellectual property rights, the project has obtained 7 patents and 3 software copyrights, and 4 papers have been published.
Project trial operation
1. Promotion of welding automation industry
The welding seam tracking sensor product developed by this project can track and guide the welding of the welding seam of disc-shaped workpieces in real time.The final weld seam is round and smooth with uniform width and thickness.It shows that during the whole welding process, the sensor overcomes many interferences such as arc light, high-temperature welding slag splash and irregular surface shape of parts, and accurately guides the robot to manipulate the welding torch to complete the operation.
2. Promotion of the port machinery automation industry
Our company has developed a visual positioning and intelligent calculation system for the intelligent paving robot in Xiongan New Area, which will realize unmanned operation. The efficiency of automatic paving is 5-6 times that of manual operation. The paving accuracy is high and the performance is stable. It can adapt to rain and high temperature. , Night and other complex working conditions.After being put into use, it will start a new revolution in the field of paving construction, providing detachable green temporary construction roads for the construction of new districts in various cities, and solving road "zippers", asphalt pouring, cement pouring and other time-consuming materials and environmental pollution problems.
3. Promotion of auto parts industryThe core technical feature of this product is that it can reconstruct a three-dimensional point cloud containing hundreds of thousands of points in a single frame without relying on mechanical motion mechanisms, which is very suitable for the process of guiding installation and quality inspection of parts in the automotive industry.The special machine developed during the trial operation is used in a real-time guidance project of a certain automobile company, and the glue application of automobile lights, as shown in the following figure to simulate the glue application view.
During the trial operation of the project, our company has provided a number of customers with line structured light multi-purpose 3D sensors, and initially achieved a sales contract of more than 24 million yuan.In the future, our company will also seize the opportunity to develop products based on customer needs, provide differentiated products, and provide overall solutions for intelligent three-dimensional vision sensors.
