Work content:

1. Responsible for technical exchanges with customers and complete equipment design;             

2. Responsible for the mechanical structure design of non-standard automation projects, conceive and design the mechanical structure of new products according to the design tasks, and draw assembly drawings and parts drawings;                    

3. Responsible for tracking the processing and manufacturing of products;                       

4. Responsible for technical guidance on product assembly, on-site installation and commissioning;        

5. Responsible for writing related engineering documents (assembly instructions, product acceptance standards, product manuals, etc.).

job requirements:

1. Full-time bachelor degree or above in mechanical design and manufacturing and its automation major or mechatronics related major;

2. More than 2-3 years of working experience in automated assembly line or equipment mechanical design, with independent design capabilities;

3. Working experience related to mechanical design of non-standard automation equipment for automobiles or home appliances is preferred;

4. Design experience in handling, transferring, palletizing and other manipulator equipment is preferred;

5. Working experience related to robot integrated application design is preferred;

6. Ability to use  all kinds of drawing software;

7. Proficient in the selection of mechanical standard parts, pneumatic components and motors, familiar with the production process and flow of mechanical processing and assembly, and love mechanical design;

8. Rigorous and responsible work, strong hands-on ability, good team spirit, willing to communicate and cooperate with the team.

1. Have experience in integrated development of machine vision application systems, bachelor degree or above, major in computer, automation, and image processing;

2. Familiar with machine vision lens, light source, camera selection, familiar with the construction and design of vision system;

3. Be able to formulate machine vision system plan and implementation plan (visual system hardware selection, including camera, lens, light source, processor;

4. Proficient in C#, VC, C++ and other programming languages, proficient in the application of .NET development tools, familiar with human-machine interface development and smart camera application development;

5. Familiar with related vision software algorithms;

6. More than three years of experience in vision system development, can undertake projects independently, and have excellent experience in robot vision integration projects.

2. Assist in completing the feasibility analysis of new products and new projects;

3. Responsible for the design, software preparation, and debugging of the project's electrical system, and provide support during the project implementation;

4. Complete the rest of the work arranged by the leadership.
