The air EMS side conveyor line can meet the storage capacity of 20 carts and belts, and the production cycle: 40JPH, 76s. The side conveyor line adopts the EMS self-propelled trolley conveying method, the distance between stations is designed at 4600mm, and the running speed is designed at 60m/min. The left and right side panels are placed on the same spreader, and the right and left side panels are transported to the body line assembly station through a conveyor line.
